🤓 About the role

This role is for you if you want to dive deep into sales and customer success operations of a B2B SaaS startup that is at the forefront of the New Work movement. As a rapidly growing startup with hundreds of customers in over 30 countries, opportunities for internal growth and career development are plentiful.

Being an early member of the team, you'll be instrumental in helping define our sales motion, meaningfully shape our future product, and drive business revenue all while having a blast doing it!

🎉 What you'll get to do

  • You manage the full sales cycle: Qualify inbound leads, run product demos, create proposals, close and onboard new customers
  • You help build the overall strategic plan for Sales and Customer Success at Mooncamp
  • You design data-driven processes to build a scalable sales organization and accelerate growth
  • You partner with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing – making sure we deeply understand our customers’ needs to build the right things next
  • You implement best practices in Sales (methodologies, playbooks, sales collateral)
  • You build and manage a best-in-class Sales tool stack
  • You build an intimate understanding of Mooncamp products, their place in the industry and the market we operate in (HR Tech, OKR, Agility, New Work, ...)
  • You expand your business network (many of your customer contact points will be with management and C-level executives)
  • You join a fantastic team at a magical time: We've hit profitability and in the last 12 months alone, have won over 300 customers in 30+ countries with a small but incredibly powerful team.   • You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be a great writer, speaker, and listener
  • You have a positive and openness-minded attitude
  • You have the intellectual horsepower to become a guide in your areas in a matter of weeks, and the curiosity to keep learning about all its intricacies for years to come
  • You have a strong desire to be successful without sacrificing your values
  • You are fluent in German and English

Bonus points

  • You have work experience in a Consulting, Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales, Account Management, Coaching, Training & Development or a similar customer-facing role, ideally in a B2B software company
  • You have experience with CRM tools like Hubspot or similar
  • You have an entrepreneurial background
